Who is the singer “Masego” that appears on Drake’s Certified Lover Boy?

Drake’s 10th studio album has been in the works ever since he announced in 2019 that he had begun recording the follow-up to 2018’s Scorpion. this week. Drake confirmed the release date for Certified Lover Boy, as well as the album’s divisive artwork from English designer Damien Hirst. Micah Davis is the son of a Jamaican father and a black mother. His father served in the United States Air Force, while his mother was a businesswoman. Davis’s mom and dad have been preachers, and he was born into a nondenominational Christian family. His family stopped in Virginia as a result of his posting in the military. Drums is also the first instrument that he starts playing without official training at a young age.
Davis has mentioned trying to play the piano, saxophone, and a variety of percussion devices. Davis changed his title to Masego in high school, a Swahili adaptation of his religious name “little gift” from him. Before leaving to focus solely on his music career, Davis studied at the Old Dominion Institute in Norfolk, Virginia.

He is a 28-year-old musician who is popular for his handling of the saxophone in his compositions. Masego rose to fame in 2017 as a result of his cooperation with French Kiwi Juice. The following year, Davis released his debut album, Lady Lady.
Masego previously teamed up with musicians like Medasin to produce Girls that Dance in 2015, and then released an EP called Loose Thoughts in 2016, before turning heads with her debut album.

Duck announced on Twitter that Masego will be part of his album ahead of its release. On a billboard in Virginia, it made massive headlines. “Hey, Virginia Masego is in CLB,” she shows.
Drake didn’t give any more information about Masego’s appearance on the album, but once it’s out, there are no more surprises.
