Who is Judith Giuliani? Rudy Giuliani’s ex-wife is suing him for $260K

Rudy Giuliani finds himself embroiled in another legal problem after his ex-wife files a lawsuit to sue him.
Here is everything you need to know.
Rudy Giuliani is being sued by his ex-wife
Rudy Giuliani’s ex-wife, Judith Giuliani, filed new court papers with the New York State Supreme Court on Tuesday.
According to the documents, Judith accused Rudy of allegedly withholding $262,000 that he should have paid under their divorce settlement.
Court documents stated, “Your failure to appear in court may result in immediate arrest or imprisonment for contempt of court.”

What does the $262,000 cover?
The $262,000 includes the cost of his Palm Beach condo, private club fees and a housekeeper.
Rudy allegedly owes Judith $140,000 for his residence on South Lake Drive, Palm Beach. She has been trying to sell the property.
Additionally, Judith states in the documents that Rudy “owes me $200,000 regardless of whether the property was sold or not.” She has added that he has only given her $60,000.
Judith further mentioned that she was forced to pay Rudy’s share of the country club after he failed to “pay his half of the annual club membership dues”.
She said: ‘I had no choice but to pay their share of the dues…to stay on good terms with the clubs.’ She wants her money to be compensated.
Also, Rudy was supposed to pay him $5,000 a month for “help” like an assistant or housekeeper.

However, Judith claims that, since last summer, Rudy “has made inconsistent and sporadic payments to me, including a $10,000 check in June 2021 that was returned due to insufficient funds.” She has said in the documents that he now owes her $45,000 for the help.
Judith was married to Rudy for fifteen years before officially filing for divorce in April 2018.
Meanwhile, Rudy’s legal battle with his ex-wife comes after he was ordered to take a stand before a special Georgia grand jury on former President Donald Trump’s alleged attempts to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
Additionally, Rudy’s attorney license has been suspended in both New York City and Washington DC as he faces ethics charges for “false election claims.”
