WATCH: Little boy punches and hurls abuse at police, calls them ‘Oreo head’ Video goes viral
A young boy was seen in a recent video cursing at Minnesota police officers as they headed to make an arrest. The terrifying video was posted on YouTube by local news outlet Alpha News on July 10.
The New York Post reports that the video was recorded in St. Paul last week. The boy was also seen in the video assaulting a police officer and cursing at him. According to Sheila Qualls’ account of the incident for Alpha News, police had a search warrant on a murder suspect when they arrived at the scene.
The original video was reportedly about 2 minutes long; however, Alpha News only published a 30-second excerpt. The publication claims that the boy involved hurled stones at police in the footage.

The unnamed teen was visibly abusing police officers while wearing only his underwear. According to the footage, the little boy urged the officer to “shut up, bitch!”
The young man also made a joking comment about the officer’s shoes. The officers appeared to be dressed in ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives) clothing, according to the New York Post. In reference to this, the young man made a comment about his boots, calling them “ugly church shoes”.
The young man from Minnesota also called one of the officers “Oreo head” and called out another of the officers. The term “Oreo head” was used to mock the policeman and imply that he preferred whites.
Possible explanations for the young child‘ tantrums
George Floyd’s death in Minnesota in 2020 as a result of police violence in Minneapolis has made headlines, and the young man may have seen older people in his life acting unfavorably toward police.
Three days before the incident, former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin received a 20-year prison sentence for his role in the second-degree murder of the deceased doorman and violation of Floyd’s constitutional rights.
Although there is no documented relationship between the young child and the intent to search for the murder suspect at the scene, it is plausible that the child knew the culprit.
