Vince Gill cancels shows after wife Amy Grant’s hospitalization

Amy Grant’s husband, Vince Gill, canceled future concerts this weekend due to a bicycle accident that sent the singer to the hospital. Grant, who will receive Kennedy Center Honors later this year, crashed while bicycling in Nashville on Wednesday. She was taken by ambulance to a neighboring hospital, where she received care for her injuries. No serious injuries were reported and her health was listed as stable.

EMS took her to Vanderbilt Medical Center, where the cuts and abrasions were treated. Grant was wearing a helmet and was not seriously injured, but was admitted for observation as a precaution. His condition was described as stable.
