Twitter users criticize Kourtney Kardashian after her daughter Penelope Disick shared a makeup tutorial on TikTok
Kourtney Kardashian is reportedly facing criticism online after her 10-year-old daughter Penelope Disick, whom she shares with her ex Scott Disick, allegedly posted a makeup tutorial on TikTok on their joint account shared with her mother. In the since-deleted TikTok, Penelope Disick first dons a pink headband and applies a serum to prep her skin. She goes on to apply concealer and deftly blend it before moving on with some modeling, lip gloss, Aunt Kylie’s brand, naturally, a swipe of eyeshadow and mascara. She then flaunts the finished product with the caption “Have a nice day with two smiley emojis.”
While some fans found the routine cute and thought-provoking in terms of skincare and excellent routine, others were more concerned with how a 10-year-old was at an ‘adult level’ of putting on makeup and the fact that I was posting it online. The video posted on TikTok of Penelope Disick with 4 million followers has since been taken down. While many fans noted Penelope Disick’s potential future in the beauty space similar to that of her billionaire aunts, Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner took issue with the pre-teen being allowed to wear makeup, deeming it inappropriate.

On August 26, Kourtney Kardashian’s 10-year-old daughter Penelope Disick posted a makeup tutorial video on the video-sharing app TikTok. Wearing a pink headband to keep products from affecting her hair, Penelope Disick used a serum on her skin to prep it and applied concealer under her eyes, cheekbones and brows, blending the item with a beauty blender. She finished with eyeshadow, mascara, and lip gloss and expressed, Have a nice day.

While many concerned people criticized Kourtney Kardashian, there were few who supported Penelope Disick and expressed that she was essentially looking into her love of makeup. Kourtney Kardashian has not yet responded to the criticism and the Penelope Disick video has since been removed. While Penelope Disick’s TikTok video went viral, Twitter users criticized Kourtney Kardashian for allowing a 10-year-old girl to use beauty care products.
Penelope’s video also featured Kanye West’s single All Falls Down. She hardly used any cosmetics thinking she used a couple of products. Also, she had worn her aunt’s makeup and was seen in pajamas with deer. A day before sharing the video, Penelope was seen having a good time with her father Scott Disick and her cousin North at home. Scott Disick also posted a photo of her having a good time through social media and the caption of the post read: Tea Time.
