Travis Scott Astroworld Festival Incident: Who Are The 8 Murdered Victims?

Astroworld Incident: Eight people were killed and hundreds were injured during the Astroworld music festival at NRG Stadium. Around 9:30 p.m., a crowd of people began to push onto the stage, closer to where Travis Scott was performing. This generated panic among the people that caused a stampede. The venue is reported to have accommodated many more people than its capacity.
The cause of death will be revealed after a full medical examination.

Here’s what we know about the victims of the Astroworld incident:
frank patiño-
Franco was a 21-year-old engineering student. He was studying mechanical engineering technology. He was an active part of several university groups according to one of the administrators of the University of Dayton (Ohio).

Jacob Jurinek –
Jacob was Franco’s best friend. While talking about him, his father Rob said of him, “He was the sweetest boy you could ever meet. He (he had) the biggest heart in the world.”
John Hilgert
John was a student at Memorial High School in Hedwig Village, Texas. He was in ninth grade.
Rudy Peña-
Rudy was a 23 year old Physician Assistant. His brother-in-law told PEOPLE that he wants justice for his tragic loss.

Danish, 27, was crushed by the crowd while trying to save his fiancée, Olivia Swingle. Danish’s brother, Basil Baig, called the incident “horrible” and said in a statement to ABC News that Travis Scott and his team must be held accountable for everything. While talking about his brother, he said, “He was an innocent young soul who always put others before himself. He was a hardworking man who loved his family and took care of us. He was there in a heartbeat for anything.”

Brianna was a junior at Heights High School. She was a 16 year old girl who loved to dance.
Madison Dubski-
Madison was 23 years old. She lived in Houston but was originally from Texas. She studied at the University of Mississippi and had also worked at Houston Magazines. Her friend Riley Dimeo wrote a heartfelt message about her, saying, “A part of my heart will always be missing. Words will never be able to describe the pain of losing my best friend, secret keeper, fagot, and soul mate, Madison Alexis Dubiski.”
Alex Acosta-
After much investigation, the eighth victim was identified as Alex Acosta (21) by his father. He was a student at Western Washington University studying computer programming. Alex lived in Washington but went to Houston to attend the concert.

Up to 300 people were hospitalized, while some are reported to be in critical condition in the Astroworld incident.
Alex Guavin, 23, who also attended the concert, told CNN: Once (the concert) started, all hell broke loose. All of what will be 50,000 people rushed to the front, compressing everyone with the little air available.”
Many other people have talked about seeing people having panic attacks. A video of a large crowd of people yelling at Travis to stop the concert is also going viral. But he and his team acted too late and this resulted in loss of life.
Travis took to his Instagram to say the investigation is still ongoing. He and his team are cooperating with the officials as everyone is deeply saddened by the Astroworld incident.
