On Tuesday, a lawsuit was filed against Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears for child sexual abuse.

The suit alleges that both celebrities forced a pair of siblings, identified as Jane Doe (now 22) and John Doe (now 14) as children to perform in explicit sketches.

However, Haddish’s attorney, Andrew Brettler, denied the allegations during an interview.

He said: ‘The plaintiff’s mother, Trizah Morris, has been trying to assert these false claims against Ms Haddish for a number of years.’

Brettler continued: “All of the attorneys who initially took up her case, and there were several, eventually dropped the matter once it became clear that the claims had no merit and that Ms. Haddish would not be extorted.”

He further concluded with: ‘Mrs. Morris now has her adult daughter representing herself in this lawsuit. The two will face the consequences of carrying out this frivolous action together.

Spears’ attorney, Debra Opri, on the other hand, stated: “He’s not going to fall for any extortion.”

Trizah Morris claimed that she and Tiffany Haddish met through their mutual comedy circuit.

Also, during a comedy camp in 2013, Haddish asked Morris if her 14-year-old daughter would like to be in a play. However, it is reported that only Haddish and Aries Spears were aware of the plot.

However, the shoot is alleged to have included Haddish teaching Jane how to imitate fellatio for a play in which children were arguing over a sandwich.

Jane mentions in the lawsuit: “I tried to imitate what they wanted me to imitate, but it was still very uncomfortable.”

Also, a year later in 2014, the Girls Trip star reportedly reached out to Morris again. However, this time she wanted to recruit her 7-year-old son for a reel on Nickelodeon.

Regardless, it is alleged that John was filmed for a video titled “Through the Eyes of a Pedophile”. The clip is reported to have been uploaded to Funny Or Die and other online sites.

The suit states that the video “shows Spears lusting after the 7-year-old boy and abusing him throughout the video.” Haddish was present during the filming of the entire video and aided, abetted, and watched Spears sexually abuse a boy.
