Tanya Pardazi dies after skydiving accident
Tanya Pardazi’s life ended prematurely after a skydiving accident in Toronto, Canada, when her parachute failed to open. She succumbed after sustaining injuries in the 4,000-foot fall.
Pardazi completed a ground training course at Skydive Toronto before jumping out of a plane on Sept. 3, 2022. In addition, the course reportedly made her eligible to take what the company has dubbed a “Solo First Jump Course.” on your own. .
Skydive Toronto initially reported that Pardazi died because he had released his parachute at “low altitude without time” to inflate. However, new reports reveal that he was wearing an automatic parachute during his jump.
According to the school’s official website, the course Pardazi conducted states that clients “would do static diving with the parachute set to automatically open.”

The description further states: “You will learn about your equipment, how to exit the aircraft, body position in free fall (arc), canopy control, and emergency protocol.”
In addition, he added, ‘This course includes a parachute jump from 4,000 feet. Sent by a Jumpmaster, you will exit the plane attached to a static line, which automatically deploys your main parachute during a fall of up to 5 seconds. A ground control instructor will give you radio instructions via walkie-talkie on how to navigate your parachute back to the landing area for a landing!
Friends of Tanya Pardazi offer their condolences on her death
Many of Tanya Pardazi’s friends took to social media to speak out about her death.
Pardazi’s friend, Kimia Sepanlou, wrote in an Instagram post: “I’m heartbroken that we never got to go on our trip to Bali together like we always talked about.” But also eerily calm knowing that you finally got your answer about what an afterlife is like.
She continues, “You were one in a million and you came out like one in a million would.” Wait for me on the other side.
Meanwhile, Melody Ozgoli, Pardazi’s other friend spoke about her during an interview with CTV News Toronto.
She stated: ‘Tanya had an interest in anything that was new and adventurous. Life was too boring for her and she was always trying to do something adventurous. She truly lived every second to the fullest.
