Also, Nicki said she’ll get vaccinated at the right time, not especially for the Met. She also urged people to be safe and wear proper masks in her tweet.
However, Nicki gave birth to a baby boy in September of last year. It may be a reason for Nicki Minaj to miss the Met Gala and not travel to New York.

Nicki Minaj clarified that she is going to get the vaccines, but the reason was incredible. She said that at some point she will have to get vaccinated because “a lot of countries don’t let people work without the vaccine… Also because I have to go on tour, etc.”
Twitter’s reaction
However, Twitter has not declared that Nicki’s tweets violate its rules. Furthermore, she didn’t even flag her tweets that included “misleading information” about Covid vaccine side effects. The Twitter spokesperson explained this and said that “they are not violating the Twitter Rules.”
Who else did not attend the Met Gala?
For different reasons, many celebrities did not attend the Met Gala this year.
