Nicki Minaj and her husband Kenneth Petty were accused of bullying a sexual assault victim

Kenneth Petty and Nicki Minaj were charged Friday in a lawsuit for bullying a woman who accused Petty of sexually assaulting her in 1994 and, to retract her story, bribed her. Jennifer Hough presented the case in brooklynFederal Court. She told everyone that Nicki Minaj and Kenneth Petty had tried to send her associates to her and her family. Nicki tried to stop Jennifer from issuing the sexual assault statement.

An associate with $20,000 stood outside Jennifer’s residence for hours to get her to retract the accusation. Petty is liable for sexual assault under the New York State Child Victims Law. These cases are continually increasing in New York City. Petty sexually assaulted Hough when she was 16 at a bus stop in Queens. According to Hough, she was forcibly raped by approaching him with a knife.

Minaj always defends her husband and conducted an interview. She told the media that Petty is “falsely accused” and that she was in a relationship with Hough in 1994. On the other hand, Jennifer confessed that she feels uncomfortable and threatened most of the day. She feels that she is always followed by someone. As she told the judge, she also suffers from depression and paranoia.

The case began to resurface when Nicki Minaj began dating Kenneth Petty in early 2018. Hough tells the judge she feels insecure and has moved to three cities in the last two years. She hasn’t had a job since last year and Minaj also tried to get her to leave the United States. The lawsuit is mostly in favor of Jennifer Hough and accuses Petty of sexual assault, in addition, Minaj is accused of harassing the witness and the harassed.

Minaj is a global superstar and all of these accusations will reflect on her career. She is very conscientious and works hard to convince Jennifer Hough to take the case back or move to another town. Hough has also changed her phone number many times just to keep threatening calls away. Jennifer Hough’s attorney, Micheal Goldstein, has refused to say anything to the media about the case.

Petty was reportedly arrested in 1994, but was later released on bail. Hough also fears for his family and friends.
