Mayim Bialik and Ken Jennings as hosts of ‘Jeopardy!’ Again in 2022!
That’s good news as Mayim Bialik and Ken Jennings will continue to host Jeopardy in 2022! The audience’s favorite host will continue the show as Sony previously reported that they might be leaving due to their schedules. In September, Sony announced that Bialik and Jennings will step down as hosts until the end of this year. Jeopardy-Season 38 will go off the air on July 29, 2022 according to reports.
On Wednesday, Sony stated that the pair will host the 38th season of Jeopardy which will air next year. The long-running game show first aired in 1964 and tests participants’ knowledge regarding various topics with the winner receiving prize money and claiming the title.

Sony Pictures Entertainment announced the news through official social networks. He said that we are delighted to inform you that Bialik and Jennings will continue to appear as hosts until the end of Jeopardy. Season 38 and miguel davies
will continue to be our executive producer. They further added that they are pleased to have such a great and experienced team both in front of and behind the camera as they head into 2022!
Mike Richards hosted the show briefly, after nine days he had to leave the show. For an insensitive comment he made on a previous podcast. Richard’s misogynistic comments about women, the poor, and Jews brought him under immense scrutiny. LeVar Burton, Robin Roberts, Anderson Cooper, Katie Couric, George Stephanopoulos, David Faber, Buzzy Cohen, and Aaron Rodgers are some of the names that tried to get hosting full time.
After Richard was fired, Ken Jennings joined Bialik in September. Alex Trebek has hosted Jeopardy since 1984, but a health-related issue arose last year. He was battling stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Trebek passed away in November 2020. He hosted over 8,000 episodes for the long-running show.

Mayim Bialik hosted the show’s primetime special and spin-off series. and changed to daytime host after Richard left. A fan favorite, Bialik is a real-life neuroscientist and actress who is most famous for her role in Big Bang Theory as Amy Fowler. She hosted the show in May and June 2021.
Ken Jennings is the record holder with 74 consecutive wins on Jeopardy. The winning streak was worth $2.52 million and he is also a consulting producer on the show.
