According to the sources, Thomas Binger had worked for seven years with the county’s most experienced prosecutor, Michael Gravely. In addition to his experience, he had also worked in the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s office as well as private law firms.
According to The Journal Times statement, in 2016, Thomas Binger unsuccessfully served as a Democrat for the district attorney in Racine County. The sources noted that Thomas Binger said: “In the last two years as a prosecutor, I won 13 jury trials.”
Kyle Rittenhouse statement in court

Kyle Rittenhouse, 18, said: “I had no intent to kill. I intended to stop the person who was trying to kill me and to steal my gun.”
Rittenhouse also said he was involved in protecting the car dealerships with the help of other armed civilians as he saw the protest worsen over time. The destruction caused by the protesters was enormous in number.
Later, Kyle Rittenhouse also stated during the testimony session that he has experience as a firefighter and is a first aid cadet in the area where he was born. That was the only reason he was able to handle the first wind and protected two people during the protest.
