Julianna Pena was rushed to the hospital to see a plastic surgeon following her gruesome loss to Amanda Nunes at UFC 277.

Julianna Peña defeated Amanda Nunes at UFC 269 and won the bantamweight champion title last December.

White added: “I thought he was completely dominant. There were five knockdowns in the first two rounds. There’s a huge difference between submission attempts and takedowns. They’re not even comparable.

She wrote: ‘Tougher than a two dollar steak. Thanks for the love everyone! Just a cat scratch that required a few stitches, no chunks were missing, no surgery needed. Love you. everybody! We are 1-1 now.

Peña clearly states that his injuries are not as serious as reported. Also, she mentioned that she is looking for her trilogy rematch with Amanda Nunes soon.
