Jamie Spears, father of Britney Spears, suspended from his estate guardianship

Since 2008, pop diva Britney Spears has been under formal guardianship. That has already governed all areas of her life. For most of that time, her father, Jamie Spears, initiated conservatorship 13 years ago. And for what the artist has been accused of certainly attacking her. Jamie Spears’ conservatorship of her son’s estate was stayed by Judge Brenda J. Penny in Los Angeles State Supreme Court on Wednesday afternoon. John’s next court appearance is for November 12th. However, the judge intends to end the guardianship at a certain time, freeing the 39-year-old actress.

Jamie Spears has continued to defend her decisions regarding her daughter and her property on numerous occasions. Vivian L.
