The libel trial of Johnny Depp and Amber Heard is getting more sensational four months after the verdict was announced.
Tubi is set to release the controversial Depp vs Heard libel trial movie. It’s a dramatized movie and it’s called ‘Hot Take: The Johnny Depp/Heard Trial’.
Additionally, the film features Mark Hapka as Depp, while Megan Davis will play the role of the Aquaman actress.
The Days of Our Lives actor is seen with Depp’s trademark goatee and ponytail. The 33-year-old actress, on the other hand, is mimicking Heard’s much-discussed outfits.

However, James Franco will be a topic of discussion for the exes at war in the next film.
In the trailer, we can see Hapka reading a script over Davis’s shoulder as he says, ‘Another one with James Franco?’
Hapka responds by saying, ‘Are you jealous of him too?’
Meanwhile, the film will also include the Pirates of the Caribbean star’s court indifference and Heard facing intense scrutiny on social media.
Additionally, a reporter in the trailer mentions, “It’s the first day of the Depp vs. Heard libel trial.” Although fans are showing their support for both sides, there is clearly a favorite here.
How is James Franco connected to the Johnny Depp vs Amber Heard libel case?
James Franco’s name was mentioned often during the staggering six weeks of testimony in Johnny Depp’s libel trial against Amber Heard.
Depp’s legal team claimed Heard cheated on the 59-year-old actor with his Pineapple Express co-star.
Heard’s lawyer, meanwhile, claimed that Depp assaulted her for the alleged infidelity.

The 36-year-old actress said in one of her testimonials: ‘I hated James Franco. He was accusing me of having a thing with him in the past ever since I filmed Pineapple Express with him.
If you didn’t know, Depp sued Heard over a 2018 Washington Post in which he identifies as a survivor of domestic abuse. Lea, Heard countersued Depp for $100 million over comments her lawyer made about her.
The trial concluded with the seven-person jury determining Depp as the winner of the case. In addition, he was awarded $15 million in damages.
