The sudden disappearance of Gacha Talks, also known as Richard Swigert, has left his fans in shock. Fans found out about this after a friend of Richard’s organized a GoFundMe campaign.
What happened to Gacha Talks?
Richard tested positive for COVID-19, for which he was admitted to hospital in September 2021. Details were released due to the GoFundMe campaign that he has various complications due to the virus and has therefore passed away. this Monday.
Charles Naranjo is a friend of Richerd’s and an organizer of the GoFundMe campaign. He said, “The Lord has given me the hardest news I have ever had to share in my life. My best friend passed away this afternoon.
Richard “became seriously ill and was having trouble breathing,” for which he had to be admitted to hospital. According to the campaign’s description of him, Richard’s lungs were also “damaged.” He had a blood infection and what made the situation worse was that he got Pneumonia in both lungs.

The GoFundMe description explained that due to his serious condition, he had been on a ventilator and placed in an ICU. In addition, Charles also said that doctors tried to “turn the oxygen off the machine to see how well his lungs work on their own.”
After the unfortunate demise of Gacha Talks, many people reached out to make donations. According to the fundraiser, an amount of $16,000 has been raised.
