Season 30 of Dancing with the Stars is coming up. There will be a new group of celebrities participating this year. Everyone will compete for the mirror ball trophy. Let’s find out what will happen this year and who will join to participate.
Dancing with the Stars Season 30: List of participants
Mel C will be paired with Gleb Savchenko. The second pair is Mike “The Miz” Mizanin and Witney Carson. Iman Shumpert will form a couple with Daniella Karagach and will become the third couple. The fourth couple will be Jimmie Allen and Emma Slater. Melora Hardin will be paired with Artem Chigvintsev, making them the fifth pairing. The sixth pair is Suni Lee and Sasha Farber. Cody Rigsby will form a couple with Cheryl Burke forming the seventh couple.
The couple of eight on the list is Amanda Kloots and Alan Bersten. The other pair is from Martin Kove and Britt Stewart making up the ninth pair. The tenth, eleventh and twelfth pairs on the list are Kenya Moore and Brandon Armstrong, Christine Chiu and Pasha Pashkov, Matt James and Lindsay Arnold. Dancing with the Stars Season 30: Host, Judge and Process
Tyra Banks will be the host of the show. It will be her second season hosting the event. While the judges’ seats will be filled by Carrie Ann Inaba, Len Goodman, Derek Hough and Bruno Tonioli. The process and rules will be the same as the previous year. The list of professional dancers and competing stars will be announced in advance. But the pairing will be announced during the two-hour premiere.
Opinions and Statements of Different Participants-
The first salsa dance performance is by Olivia Jade Giannulli and pro-Val Chmerkovskiy. After her performance, she expressed her feelings, “I really want to show people that I have a different side, I have a strong work ethic. This experience means a lot to me. I’m excited, but it’s scary, to say the least. However, I think it’s normal.”
This year Jojo Sewa will make history. She will be the first female celebrity to partner solely with other female celebrities. Her partner will be Jenna Johnson. Sewa feels proud and says: “For the first time in the history of Dancing with the Stars, I am dancing with another woman and I am proud, I came out in the beginning of 2021 and what I love to do is to really be who you are easier for the children”. There is another news related to the event that there is a celebrity Brian Austin Green. He will be paired up with his longtime girlfriend, Sharna Burgees. She expressed her feelings saying, “I’ve never danced with anyone I’ve dated, I feel nervous, I have to be honest. If I screw this up, I wouldn’t be surprised if Sharna left me. So everyone is excited, nervous because of her different reasons.
