According to recent reports, Daddy Long Neck’s baby, David Alfredo Samuelson Lopez, was released from the hospital over the weekend.

David currently lives with a foster family and is recovering. Although TMZ reported that the boy is doing much better.

Daddy Long Neck, whose real name is David Samuelson Jr, gave an update on his son’s health to his concerned fans.

She confirmed that the baby is no longer required to feed from the tube and is laughing and doing a lot more activities.

He also mentioned that medical officials are still unsure if the baby will suffer any lasting effects from the ordeal. But Daddy Long Neck admitted that his son is getting better day by day.

Earlier this month, it was reported that Daddy Long Neck’s son was rushed to a hospital in Los Angeles after suffering a brutal beating.

Reports later claimed that the newborn baby suffered skull fractures and brain hemorrhage.

Daddy Long Neck was in Michigan when the baby’s mother told him about her son’s condition. Plus, the viral social media sensation wasted no time heading to Los Angeles.

The 23-year-old Michigan native took to Instagram overnight to share an update on his son’s condition.

He wrote: ‘My son can open his eyes a bit more. He looked at me.’

In addition, Daddy Long Neck said that during the flight a social worker told him that his ex’s new lover had been arrested for allegedly assaulting the girl.

The Montebello Police Department says the alleged abuser is identified as Damien Obeso.

Police said they received a call from a nearby hospital reporting that a baby had sustained significant injuries.

Detectives eventually arrested Obeso and charged him with child abuse, resulting in great bodily injury. However, it is later revealed that he is out on bail. Regardless, Obeso is scheduled to be arraigned on September 28.

Meanwhile, DLN mentioned that Daddy Long Neck is allowed to visit his son while he is in foster care. Although it was recently reported that the internet personality is exploring legal ways to gain full custody of the newborn.
