Amber Rose recently sat down with TMZ’s Its Tricky podcast hosted by Raquel Harper over the weekend.

While speaking to Harper, the 38-year-old celeb admitted she was “of course” not surprised when Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from Kanye West.

She said: ‘I have my own… I don’t want to say ‘feelings’ for him, because that sounds like a positive thing for Kanye. I have my own issues and feelings, how I feel about how our relationship went.’

Rose continued: ‘I always hope for the best for them. I never had bad feelings, like “I hope they get divorced” or “He’s going to have his day.”

The model further shared, “I was happy in my marriage at the time with Wiz [Khalifa], or even after doing my thing. I never really thought much about it.

Additionally, the host pointed out to Rose that she and Kardashian also share the same birthday, October 21.

However, the mother-of-two responded by saying, “I think they may be similar when it comes to birthdays, but we grew up completely different.”

She added: ‘I grew up poor in Philly, I had to push myself and fight. His life was very privileged, with money and being here in Los Angeles, which is great.

Rose further shared her reaction when news broke about the former couple’s divorce.

She revealed: ‘When they finally got divorced, I was like ‘hmm’. However, she seems happy now, with Pete. [Davidson].’

Amber Rose dated Kanye West from 2008 to the summer of 2010. The rapper, on the other hand, married Kim Kardashian in 2018 but divorced in 2021.

Rose previously mentioned that Kardashian was a factor in her split from West.

Additionally, the fashion design mogul said in a 2015 radio interview that he “had to take 30 showers before he was with Kim,” following his history with the Slut Walk creator.

In response, Rose wrote several tweets calling the SKIMS founder and her family ‘Kartrashians’.

One of the messages reads: ‘After all these years, I never ratted you out. I’ll let the Kardashians humiliate you when they’re done with you.
